At beehealthier, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we are here to help with returns and refunds. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations regarding returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
- Intimate or sanitary goods.
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
- Health and personal care items (e.g., opened skincare products, supplements, etc.).
- Gift cards and downloadable software products.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
